| Under a general anaesthetic, well hidden incisions are made inside the mouth. The soft tissue over the affected area is then separated from the face. Safe custom implants are then shaped and contoured and secured to the bone with permanent screws, or the skeletal bone moved and reshaped. The incisions are then closed and a compressive bandage applied. | |
